Businesses are earning trust in AI by accident. It should be earned on purpose. People become more accepting of AI the more they use it, but acceptance that’s built on mere exposure is passive. Businesses may benefit, but they’ve often done nothing to earn it. Our latest research shows people’s sentiment toward AI is higher than it was last year, and they believe the technology’s become more capable. Trust is also rising, but it’s more conditional. This is a tiny thing. It also makes the product much easier to trust. The bot drafts the email, shows you exactly what it plans to send, then waits for you. That pause matters. The difference between a nice AI demo and a product people trust is hundreds of details like this. They’re also the details most likely to get slowed down by committees, roadmaps, and arbitrary ship dates. Ship when it’s ready. Then keep improving it.

Lightfield's CRM costs nothing. Users spend an hour a day in it. Agents made individuals a lot more productive this year and mostly skipped the sales org. A person carries their own context in their head. A company's context sits in a CRM, and that record was never built for a machine to reason over. A Salesforce or HubSpot object still leans on what a rep typed after the call, or what a workflow auto-filled. The record is incomplete, shaped by one person's memory of the conversation, and laid out for a dashboard. Bolt an agent onto that and you get confident nonsense at scale, which is what most AI for CRM demos I've seen this year delivered. That is a data problem wearing an AI costume. Li
