I feel like every company wants an AI agent handling support now, I get it for basic stuff but I wonder where the line is, if a customer has a messy issue or is already pissed off then forcing them through AI I think it can make things worse. I think the better setup is letting AI handle repetitive requests and handing off to a human when things get complicated.
